Theme Settings
The first category that you must add after creating a collection is the Theme.
Theme is the biggest category of characters such as “male”, “female”, or “animal”. For instance, if you wish to have one type of character in your PFP zombie universe, you may only type “Zombie” for your theme. However, if you wish to add Zombie Bear, then you can add a “Zombie Bear” theme.
•
To add a theme, click the ⊕ button. You can add a theme or change the theme name.
•
Enter the total number of PFP items for each theme.
•
You can set multiple themes.
Precautions
1. The sum of total number of items for each theme cannot exceed the total number of items set for the whole collection.
2. You can only set theme names in English.
Trait Settings
Traits are equivalent to features. In OMNUUM, traits refer to the collection of eyes, nose, and body.
•
If you add a theme, you will see “+ Add Trait Type”.
•
Click + and enter the Trait Type Name. It is easier to identify traits when you set the name as parts type.
•
A new window appears when you click ⊕. You can upload part files here. Fill in the parts name and number of items.
•
Add various traits.
Number of items
1. If you enter 5,000 for the number of items for Trait ‘Body’, the sum number of body part items cannot exceed 5,000.
2. The bigger number of items you set, the higher the chance is for you to find it and vice versa.
3. The total number of traits need not be equivalent to the total number of items.
Image
1. You can only upload PNG files.
2. The image must have a proportion of 1:1 (maximum size of 1080X1080px) and not exceed the size of 5MB.
Arrangement
1. The layer at the bottom must be the first in order, and the layer at the top must be last in order.
2. It is easy if you think it as opposed to the Adobe layer arrangement system.
3. If you set up a wrong order, you can drag the cursor to where it changes to a hand shape and click + drag to change the order.
Sub Trait Settings
You can utilize sub traits if you wish to add accessories or items that only appear for a certain trait item. For example, add a sub-trait type for an “open mouth” trait item if you wish to add a lollipop or ice cream in the mouth.
•
Click the purple icon below the trait item box.
•
Click “+ Add Sub-Trait Type” and fill in item names.
•
Click ⊕ to upload the image file and enter the number of items.
Precautions
1. The number of items for Sub-Trait Type cannot exceed the sum amount of Trait Type.
2. Sub-Trait Type is optional.
Creating Legendary items
Legendary refers to the rarest NFT in a NFT PFP project. Generally, it is a single picture that is not a rendered profile picture made by synthesizing parts. Legendary profile pictures look like the ones shown below.
•
Add a “Legendary” theme and enter the quantity.
•
Click “+ Add Trait Type” and fill in item names.
•
Click ⊕ to upload legendary images. Enter 1 for the number of items.
Precautions
You must upload a whole image that has all the layers already synthesized.
Using the rarity function
Option 1)
Theme : Zombie bear / Total number of items : 100
Trait Type: Wear / 9 / Total number of items : 100
If you have a total of 100 PFPs under the Zombie Bear theme and a total of 100 “Wear” trait type items, then all Zombie Bears will have a wear on with a 100% chance.
Option 2)
Theme : Zombie bear / Total number of items : 100
Trait Type: Wear / 6 / Total number of items : 60
If you have a total of 100 PFPs under the Zombie Bear theme and a total of 60 “Wear” trait type items, then Zombie Bears will have a wear on with a 60% chance. Some Zombie Bears will have a wear on while others will not. You can apply this feature not only on wears but also on various types such as hair, accessories, tools, etc.
Simulator
Once you have uploaded all parts, click the “Generate” button in the lower left corner of the editor. Generative Art Builder will then render parts and synthesize PFPs in Simulator. The images you see in Simulator are low-quality, fast-rendered images. They show differences in quality with the images that have gone through “HD Render and Upload”. You can check if parts are properly located and ordered. If the you are not satisfied with the result or if the rendering has gone wrong, you can regenerate the images.
